If we feel we can help you, we’ll provide you with a detailed description of and quote for the services we propose to offer.

If we can help you with some quick and simple changes to your existing systems, we’ll happily do that with the minimum of cost and fuss. If upscaling to more robust systems offering increased security, performance or functionality is necessary we’ll do that too. If you need a custom-designed beginning-to-end solution built from the ground up to manage your data you’re also at the right address.

Keeping costs under control

This need not mean extra costs or complexity – we’ve implemented many solutions using the free MSDE and SQL 2005 Express database engines for instance, or the MS Office software you probably already own. And we’ll always recommend, design or build the system that best meets your needs for the lowest possible cost while meeting the professional standards you expect.

Keeping you informed and involved

Some projects are quick and simple, but when a job stretches on for longer or needs input and feedback from several different parties, clear and regular communication is vital. We’ll provide a project internet site hosted in Basecamp to present our progress, facilitate communication, and to share any files needed for the project.

If we think that you’re better served by someone else’s “off-the-shelf” solution than anything we can provide we’ll tell you that too.
